This new service of caring and feeding the poor has been well received by the vagrants and the street people. Even in the heart of the busy financial, commercial city of Kuala Lumpur, many on the streets go without a decent meal to warm their stomach. Others are too poor to buy proper clothes, or have enough money to buy themselves medication for their wounds.

Our relief services staff hand out food packets and drinks to these street people and would stoop down to listen to them or to dress their wounds. Those who have made friends with us would call at the centre to seek other forms of aid, or would even bare their soul for counsel. Slowly but surely, they will respond to the touch of love.
